>Do I have to logon to use the ATFE website?
Most parts of the ATFE website require member logon. To save frustration members should logon when you first come to the site. The member institutions’ basic information is public, as are the pages one needs to join ATFE. However, to see detailed membership information, make revisions to membership data or participate in caucuses, forums, or chat sessions one must logon to the site.
>How do I check my dues payment record?
First you will need to logon and access the editable detail for either your individual record (for Independent/Emeritus members) or your institution. See below. From the editable data page, click the link, ‘View dues payments’.
>How do I edit my individual membership information?
From the main ATFE page click "Individuals" in the Member Area and Info menu. At the top of the page which comes up, click the beginning letter of your last name (all individuals, including independent and emeritus are included in this list). Click on your name and your record detail will appear. You may then click the ‘Update’ link.
>How do I edit my institution’s membership information?
From the main ATFE page click "Institutions" in the Member Area and Info menu. At the top of the page which comes up, click the beginning letter of your institution’s name. Click on the name and the record will appear. Then you can click the ‘Update data’ link. The editable detail will appear.
Important: Only primary members (Member1) of institutions may access the institution’s editable details. Primary members may also change the information of other individuals associated with the institution, add members, and deactivate members.
>How do I find my username and password?
If you do not know or have forgotten your username and password, you may receive them by email, if your email is in your member record on the web site. At the ATFE main page, click on "Logon." On the logon page type your email address (as it appears on the ATFE site) in the box next to the "Get Password" button. Click the "Get Password" button, and your username and password will be emailed to you. If your email is not recorded in your member record, please contact the ATFE web site administrator for help.
>How do I logon?
On any ATFE page click the "Member Logon" in the left panel. At the logon page type in your username and password. Click the " Logon" button. The page will jump, and a blue announcement saying "You are logged on" will appear on the upper right of the page. Below that you will see an action menu, which describes various navigation options. Or you may click the "Return Home" button at the top of the left panel to go back to the main page and the site navigation menu.
